Mark Gabbertas

 

Mark Gabbertas set up his design studio and workshop in 1993 after a two year apprenticeship in the London workshop of Stemmer and Sharp; a year at Coddrington Furniture and eight years as an account manager at Saatchis.

Mark has already proven himself as an innovative designer of both refreshing and practical products. At the last SIT exhibition at Londons Business Design Centre, Mark was awarded the Seating in Practice award for his 3° range of chairs and tables for the Atelier Restaurant in Soho, London and was a finalist at the prestigious FX International Interior Design Awards in 1999 for Tubby.
